For the past several years, some dear friends of mine have hosted "A Day At The Fort." Located near the small town of Hollingsworth, Georgia, many will gather for a day of old time fun and remembrance. Built in 1793 as a fort, it would later become the home of the White family; hence the other named it is known by; "The White House." This year the event will be held on May 28, 2016. "The house is tiny and simple, but very cozy. The hottub was wonderful, and the twinkly lights above it added a nice touch. We did have a problem with ants for what ever reason but it didn't hinder us from enjoying our stay. Management was very helpful and accommodating. "
