「My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Grey Pine Lodge. The room had enough space for us and it was clean and well appointed. The charm was knowing we were staying in a 1950’s roadside motel but had been brought up to modern boutique style hotel standards. It’s proximity to Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway was perfect. The many wineries in Shenandoah wine country are less than 15 minutes away as well as the town of Waynesboro which has plenty of local restaurants and any other popular eatery...

「we did not end up staying in this house. The owner first texted and said the bed arrangement was different than what was advertised. I accepted the change then about 2 hours before our planned arrival the owner text me and asks me to call him so I did. He tells me there is a terrible smell in one of the bedrooms that he could not find the source of but assumed it was a dead rodent. Very peaceful and relaxing! We even met Chester! The property cat, she is loving and hung out with us for a bit! Awesome experience, if you are visiting or from Virginia we recommend the lodge! 」
