「オーナーが非常に親切なホテルです。飛行機が延着し夜中の２時頃到着しましたが空港の出口で待ってくれていました。帰る際は早朝５時に空港まで送ってくれました。観光についても色々アドバイスをいただきました。朝食も付いておりこの料金は破格。」

「It was impossible to fall asleep until 1 am because of the loud music at the restaurant on the top floor. The air conditioner is a joke. The staff was friendly.」

「first of all the property was not near the Cascade, as indicated on the Expedia map, but near the airport. Secondly the owner didn't accept that I paid through expedia he insisted i pay him as well. which I did, after communication with expedia help desk. Then the owner charged me more than Expedia did. plus ii is really not a good hotel, noisy grom the highway and from the customers, old small rooms an facilities that require upkeep」
