"Beautiful stay! Owners were super accommodating, easy to contact, and quick to respond to my questions. I found it a little hard at first to find the parking and the correct door, but the owners sent multiple instructions, pictures, and maps to help which was very nice. The area was so lovely to walk around and there were some stray cats which are always a plus for me! :) Would definitely come back in the future, one of the best stays of my trip."

We loved being able to sign in to netflix after our day. The relaxation room was amazing. It was a bit confusing to get to because gps kept trying to send us down the wrong way of the street. "CHARLEVILLES MEZIERES nous a plu dans l'ensemble, nous avons visité la maison natale d' arthur RIMBAUD ainsi que son musée . puis le musée des Ardennes, très intéressant car contenant des objets que l'on ne voit pas partout. Quant à l'appartement il était spacieux, meublé avec goût, moderne et bien chauffé. L'un des propriétaire qui nous a reçu était charmant et très serviable. Super séjour"

"The hotel location was perfect! Just a few minutes walk from all the events at the center of town. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and great quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful but they were so short staffed they were unable to hold our luggage until the afternoon on our departure day ( because they would need to close the hotel for a few hours). There was no other luggage storage option in town so we had to walk around with our luggage for 3 hours ( until our train departure time). For a 4 star hotel, that was not great…"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed. The hotel room was exceptionally clean, with new furniture that gave it a fresh and modern feel. I especially appreciated the in-room coffee machine—perfect for a quick caffeine fix before heading out. The cleaning room service was prompt and thorough, making sure everything stayed spotless throughout my stay. Another big plus was the great parking facility, which made it super convenient to come and go without any hassle. Overall, a fantastic experience—I’d definitely book again!"
