I really didn't like being told that we had to wear a wrist band for our entire vacation, like we're teenagers at a club. The staff seemed really unhappy with life in general. The room smelled moldy when we arrived but wasn't too bad once we opened the balcony doors. There was a surprising amount of cookware which was nice. The tiki bar was good but I never found the cafe.

Room 1011 was on the corner so the view was amazing. We were able to see the Thursday fireworks from the hallway. The place was clean and comfortable. The cons…the bedroom is by the hall trash chute which which was loud. There is a sign to not use it at night but people still do and it woke us up every time. Also, there were only 4 elevators, on that side of the provides one laundry

The mattress was the worst mattress I have ever slept on in my life, I would have gotten more sleep on the beach. The next day we had to purchase a $175 mattress topper to be able to sleep. We even tried sleeping on the bunk beds which were horrible as well. The view from the balcony was beautiful. They also need to put black out curtains in the bedroom it is so bright in there it look like runway lights shinning in you face. The tv was not working in the bedroom, there was parts of the ceiling peeling off. The unit needs an update. I highly recommend the owner sleep a night in the unit. The front desk was not helpful just told us we need to get ahold of the people we rented from. We have been to Destin regularly over the last 10 years and this was by far the worse hotel stay aside from the view.

Awesome

This hotel was really cool. Nice big room with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a balcony, full kitchen. I really like how there’s 3 pools, with one of them being half indoor half outdoor + a huge hot tub, outside bar (only downside is they close before 7), plus direct beach access. I’d definitely stay here for a trip again

The view to the ocean was great. Pretty much what I paid for apparently. The room was in much need of a deep cleaning. Splatters on the walls. Floor was gross. Area rugs need to be replaced. Shower was dirty. The room was not what I was expecting. Pictures on the website were deceiving. Not at all what I got.
