Clean, excellent furniture and kitchen appliances. The main reason for not a 5-star were because all sliding doors to the patio or frozen shut. They were repaired on our last day in the condo.

They had dirty pans inside of the oven. The dishwasher was dirty and full of water. The master bedroom was very hot, even with the curtains closed. The dial on the washing machine did not spin so that you could not choose a cycle to wash clothes. The condo needs a new paint job, marks on the walls from carts going into the unit.

Family vacation

The location of the property was great. The condos could use an update with some new furniture as it had some really bad stains on it. The floors were not cleaned well prior to our visit. Our condo did not come with use of the umbrellas and chairs, I found out later that some rentals do come with use of them, I feel like they all should. There were some not so nice owners that would not let us keep our chairs on the water as it was in front of their umbrellas and it was a private beach for the owners we were told. I can understand not putting an umbrella in front of the owners but however a chair in the water should not be a big deal.

Good stay, needs updating desperately!

Overall it was a good stay with a great location. However, it is in need of some major updating. It needs paint desperately and the furniture in the living room is all stained which was mentioned on a previous review in which the company said the furniture was going to be cleaned. It did not appear that was done. Also, the mattress in the master was extremely soiled and had 2 foam mattresses on top of the main mattress which they had put too small of a fitted sheet on it. This was fixed quickly once we sent pictures in and called the company. Location was amazing, but I would not stay in this particular condo again. There are others in the same building that look much nicer and updated.

The condo was very nice. The only thing is the chair and couch. They have stains everywhere. We covered them with a bed sheet. I would definitely come back.

Outstanding views and beach access. Responsive and helpful staff. Sub par appliances. Kitchen and laundry appliances need to be replaced. We spent a significant amount of time working around the appliance issues.1

Ocean Front

The condo was nice and had a great view. The master bedroom was way warmer than all the other rooms and we had to keep the blinds close that takes away from the gorgeous view. The first night the fridge was not cooling and we were going to call management in the morning but it started to work so we didn’t. Also the first night there are feet got so black from the floor that we tried to mop it a few times during our stay. Might just be from the sand that gets dragged in from things not sure. There were spots on the furniture and tables and tv stands and a few on the bedding in the one room. The kitchen was nicely stocked and once again it has a beautiful view.

1440 Was everything we wanted! Plenty of room for our family of 10 and beautiful views. The condo was very clean and updated. We hope to be back again!

Great Place

Very beautiful place. Very clean. Great views of the gulf. Well stocked with everything you need. Had a minor plumbing issue, but was taken care of right away. Couple other small things were taken care of the very first day. Very attentive to any thing that was needed. Highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful beach

We loved the condo and all the security the building had. The walk to the beach was so easy and close. We never waited over 1-2 minutes for the elevators. We will come back again.

Last Toast on the Coast Bachelorette Party

The location of the property is perfect. The beach is beautiful and just few steps away. Upon arrival to the property our party noticed the unit was not properly cleaned and the air conditioning output was very low. We called the listed number and they sent someone out to clean and change the sheets. A maintenance technician was also called for the air condition. The tech was prompt and fixed the air condition within 2 hrs of the initial call. All in all our stay was nice!

Beautiful Views and Clean!

We loved this house! The views are absolutely beautiful! We watched dolphins swimming all day everyday! Comfy beds and the best part is the condo was extremely clean. Easy check in process and good communication from staff.
