This fully furnished property includes 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in one downstairs bedroom and one king bed in the other downstairs bedroom. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom. The living room includes a Murphy bed cabinet with a queen size bed for 2. There are two full size bathrooms (one on the main level with a walk-in shower and the other in the upstairs master with a bathtub/shower combo. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer in the unit. There is beach gear included with this property (wagon, beach chairs, beach towels). This property is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to explore local attractions, enjoy stunning sunsets, play tennis/pickleball or par 3 golf. Guests can enjoy the convenience of tennis and pickleball courts within walking distance of the villa (rackets, golf clubs and balls are provided for use during your stay) as well as a par 3 golf course throughout the community. The location is just steps away from the beautiful white sand beaches as well as multiple pools and hot tubs in the community. The community has an award winning restaurant on site - The Louisiana Lagniappe. The restaurant is in walking distance from the villa.
