This property is wonderful for 1 or 2 couples as the 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Townhome is well equipped and clean. We were (unfortunately) unable to use the rooftop patio, but there is private outdoor space. Owner was quick to respond to any of my communication, and very pleasant. We hope to be able to use this property again, and highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to be downtown.

This was a lovely property. Very comfortable accommodations. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your toiletries. They provide complimentary toiletries, which are nice, but if you stay multiple days, you will need your own. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I'd stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay. Super close to Hoyt Sherman for an event. It rained so we only got a sneak peek of the rooftop patio- but we will be back to enjoy it again. The only *wishlist* item we had was to have had some coffee creamers this morning.

The location was great for getting to the IA Events Center. Quick and easy. There was great restaurants nearby. If you are a light sleeper, the traffic may bother you. Overall great stay. Clean and comfy!

Home was spotless!! It was so comfy and the upper Patio was so nice to have coffee on in the morning. The location was fantastic! Close to many breweries and restaurants. Was so nice to have the garage for parking and made loading and unloading a breeze! Host was attentive and accommodating. Check in and departure was very easy. HIGHLY recommend!!!

The unit was really clean, comfortable, and really tastefully decorated. Super close to restaurants and action. We loved it and will book again next time we're in DSM!

Everything was great! We only had two small issues. No basket in the coffee maker (which wasn’t a huge deal) and we accidentally locked ourselves out. Maybe a keyless entry would help with that or a hidden key just in case that happens again.

The townhouse was clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. The location is incredibly convenient to All things downtown and quite walkable as well. Beds were extremely comfortable, too. The only thing we wished we had was a grill on the rooftop. I will definitely stay again next time!

I’m telling ya this was best place to ever stay at will most definitely come back if I could I’d of moved in most definitely recommend was very convenient and close by to down town and not only that but beautiful on the inside and out

Met up with family to enjoy a long weekend together. Check in process was very easy and property is as pictured. Layout was great for two couples. If weather permits, the rooftop patio would be fabulous ( was too cold for our stay). The one drawback was the traffic noise and the trains throughout the entire night was quite surprised how loud it was in unit.

This property was a perfect location and wonderful accommodations for 3 sisters visiting the city. We could enjoy the sculpture garden and other areas on foot. Having a garage was such a bonus and added safety.
