As retired teachers and friends, we meet up in Des Moines twice a year. We found our perfect spot. This townhouse was so cute and comfortable. We had a garage to park two cars and didn’t use them for the two nights we were there. It is walkable to several restaurants. We plan to return again in the spring. The owners are fantastic and accommodating!

Well appointed & maintained, clean, functional. Perfect for visitors that need a place close to downtown. All the necessary appliances were in perfect condition. Host provided a great book outlining rules, local attractions, restaurants, stores, etc. And most importantly the Host was responsive to all questions prior to arrival and any requests when we were there. This townhouse was great for us. The location was central to downtown and the Civic Center. The neighborhood was quiet and we heard no traffic noise.

The townhome is beautiful and in a great location. Very clean and comfortable! We walked to restaurants and rode our bikes elsewhere. The trails around Des Moines are amazing to ride and run on. Bry provided excellent communication from the time of booking. The garage was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property is wonderful for 1 or 2 couples as the 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Townhome is well equipped and clean. We were (unfortunately) unable to use the rooftop patio, but there is private outdoor space. Owner was quick to respond to any of my communication, and very pleasant. We hope to be able to use this property again, and highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to be downtown.

Conference during Spring Break

This was a lovely property. Very comfortable accommodations. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your toiletries. They provide complimentary toiletries, which are nice, but if you stay multiple days, you will need your own. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I'd stay here again in the future.

Great location for event!

We had a great stay. Super close to Hoyt Sherman for an event. It rained so we only got a sneak peek of the rooftop patio- but we will be back to enjoy it again. The only *wishlist* item we had was to have had some coffee creamers this morning.
