「Bright, tidy, clean, comfortable, well appointed and walkable to attractions. We did not have a car so parking was not an issue. There were signs of homeless and addiction but we were never approached or felt threatened. Lovely Thai restaurant next door for a special dinner. Building was safe. 」

「What a perfect location! The apartment is within walking distance of so many Seattle attractions, and very close to several public transportation stops. If the weather is good, the rooftop space with picnic tables and chairs is a gem, with a great view of the Space Needle. The unit is on the corner of the building on the top floor, so we never heard the neighbors. Our host was exceptionally responsive and has an online guide with great info on the apartment.」

「This is a quiet corner of Seattle, great location with a beautiful view of the Space Needle and the monorail. Sweeping views to Queene Anne from the roof. Parking!! Breakfast at the 5 Spot (iconic) around the corner. Pastries from La Parisienne (award winning) around the other corner. 」

「Great apartment in an excellent location. It worked well for our family. Right near the Space Needle and some fantastic food and coffee options. Lovely roof terrace with city views for dry days! Parking was also a huge bonus for this location. Responsive host if you need anything. Check in was a bit awkward as it involved picking up a key from a remote site 15 mins drive away (fine if you have your own transport but be aware if you don’t). We would certainly book here again.」

「House is great for my family of 3. Has everything you need, very clean, and great location. Parking isn’t great if you have a big car. The alley isn’t well maintained and the parking spot for 1B is hard to access if other cars are parked in their parking spots.」

The price was right, parking was easy, the bed was super comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom had everything I needed (including plenty of coffee! Thank you!), and Jenn, the host, was responsive and friendly. The neighborhood is really beautiful. I will definitely book this spot again for future visits! 」
