「Love the location. Staff that I met were v friendly. The food was excellent and well worth the stay. The room was comfortable and pleased to see coffee bags rather than the disgusting tubes of Nescafe which most hotels do. There were a couple pf things which werent so good but it wouldnt stop me staying again. In the evening the water took a while to warm up which was ok however in the morning it didnt at all. I had a wet shave waiting for it to heat up so shave was in cold water and shower was...

When I raised the issue, the hotel simply said that it was in the same category and available at the same price. 「We received a lovely welcome on arrival and throughout our 2 night stay the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. We stayed in a beautiful double room with generous coffee, tea and hot chocolate provided for. The fridge was appreciated - kept the sparkling water and fresh milk nice and cold. 「This was a 3 night stay, with 11 other golfers, in the heart of Wantage, It is an old property in the town square. Rooms were small but adequate. Bathroom was well maintained and clean. (Nice towels). We dined there once and breakfasted three times. Food was good. Service was very professional and friendly. The bar was well stocked and lively whilst we were there. Only criticism was the hotel seemed very warm especially in the room. I had a fan and could open the window etc but it did not...
