気になった点 : スタッフとサービス

設備はよいが、雑なサービスが目立つ

大人３人で一部屋を予約。「朝食あり」を選択したのに、なぜか朝食は２人分しか付かないと言われた。旅行前やチェックイン時ならまだしも、朝食会場で突然言われて面食らう。夜に帰宅し、全く掃除されていない部屋を見る。問い合わせると、「入り口のDONT　BOTHER」ボタンを押したからではないか」。何かの拍子で押したのかもしれないが、そのときまで存在に気付かず、チェックイン時に説明は全くなかった。８０平方メートルのセミスイートに宿泊。部屋はきれいで広く、とても快適だった。しかし、隣の部屋、廊下、上の階の騒音がかなり大きかった。

The hotel was safe and clean and it was convenient having a mall attached. The pool and restaurants were good. We were there for a short stay to see Prambanan Temple and this was a good base.

Excellent hotel

Almost everything is perfect. Room is huge and clean. Food is excellent. Service from the staff is good. The only thing is the check in takes a while but we were seated comfortably.

A pleasant experience for me and my family. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the facilities are also okay and the price is quite affordable for a 5 star hotel.
