Situated just north of Downtown, this house provides ideal access to everything Denver offers. Enjoy innovative coffeehouses and craft breweries, visit museums, and experience live music from all genres at independent music venues, or eat at beloved soul food and barbecue institutions. Located within a short walk to some of Denver's best attractions, including Coors Field (under 1 mile), several great Colorado breweries, such as Great Divide and Woods Boss, and all one-of-a-kind restaurant options in the River North neighborhood.

With 2 separate bedrooms, 4 people can comfortably stay in this beautifully updated home. The house has all the amenities necessary for a relaxing stay, including brand-new furnishings and kitchen appliances. If you are looking to cook a big meal, we have everything you need in our fully stocked if you find we are missing something, call, and we'll have it delivered the same day.

I'm a repeat renter. Apartment is as advertised. TV somewhat a challenge for older renters. Would update instructions. Too many remotes. Great walking access to RINO restaurants. Parking not a problem.

Lovely Home

The house was so nice-very comfortable beds and pillows. You could tell much thought was put into The decorating and furnishings. We could not think of anything else needed. We enjoyed our stay and would highly Recommend.

Perfect Location
