Easy process. Beautiful home. Everything you need for comfort and lots of space. Wifi is excellent. The property next door is a little sketchy but not to the point of feeling unsafe. Note: parkng in front of the home has a 2-hour limit from 8am-6pm so if you are gone all day, or stay on the weekends, you will have no issues. There is a paid lot right across the street.

Great location if you are visiting for a downtown event. The property was very spacious and comfortable. Lovely vintage touches remain throughout the home, yet all the amenities are modern.

Denver getaway

Had a great time. House offered plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms for our group. Very clean. Kitchen was well-stocked. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would book again.

Family stay

enjoyed our stay. great dining room for family to gather. owners were responsive and delivered new nonstick pans since needed. stairs aren't recommended for older guests or those with bad knees. hall bathroom could have used shelves to put toiletries on and primary ensuite bathroom could have used lighting above sink and magnification mirror, but overall was excellent house for family.

Best Sleep you will ever have

This place is beautiful. An odd mix of old and next. Very comfy. The best part is the comfort of the beds.We used the kitchen a bunch, but had to get our own napkins, K-cup and dish washer soap. So, take an inventory and then go yo the store. The write-up said they had a blender, but we couldn't find it any where and bought our own.The neighbors next door were pretty loud, but seemed to crash by midnight. We tripped on a caret, but no damage done. They have very steep stairs everywhere, so be aware for the elderly.In spite of the little issues , our stay was great. We played card games from there cabinets and loved the location. I would absolutely rent this one again.I like the keyless system, made it easier.

Great historic home; Central downtown location

We had a family mini-vacation with our 2 adult sons, their wives, and 20 month old granddaughter. The house met our needs perfectly! We had plenty of room for everyone! Beautiful historic home which has been restored and modernized. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Wonderful historic home

My wife, daughter, son-in-law, and I stayed at this property during our recent trip to Denver. We loved the spacious house. The neighborhood was eclectic—with numerous restaurant and coffee houses within a block or two. The steam shower was a hit and there was an awesome selection of books. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed.

GREAT PROPERTY/POOR MANAGEMENT

Management company does NOT take phone calls. Email only. No chat option either even though that shows as a communication option. Check in instructions are not provided until literally 30 min prior to check in. Not very comforting when you're traveling across the country and you don't have info to enter the property. The listing says to contact them for early check in or early bag drop off. Neither were available so with a 4:pm check in we had to find somewhere to store all our bags for several hours. The house itself was lovely. The bedroom at the front of the property upstairs has 3 huge windows (2 to the street and one to the side), only 2 of the windows have window coverings so sleeping was tricky with too much street lights and morning sun. The overall neighborhood is great but the building right next door had people hanging out right at the entrance to this property and you had to step over and around them to enter the gate. The kitchen had the absolute minimum in terms of pantry items such as sugar, paper plates, etc. The listing says check out is 10:00 but then we got a text saying check out is 11:00.

So-so

I didn’t realize from the pictures how historical this would be. Not ideal for toddlers or older family members. The stairs were very very steep with no handrails. Sofa in living room was not great and the neighbors were very loud at night. Location was great for walking to restaurants and a park close by but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The house/apartment was awesome. Could not be in a better location. Walkable to all kinds of restaurants and places. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Would rent again

Great location. Big house with plenty of room. Perfectly fit out party of 10. Inside amenities need some upgrades - shower leak into kitchen, couch in main area difficult to sit on, limited TV channels.

Beautiful home, great location

Overall, this is a stunning property! Our only frustration was that there was not enough bedding for all of the beds listed as available. We had to contact the property management company several times to try to get enough and when the housekeepers brought extra bedding, it was just one extra set of sheets - still not enough but we made due. The location is stunning and some great restaurants within a block or two. Parking is a challenge but that is to be expected in downtown Denver.
