  • Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space WITH THE ENTIRE HOME TO YOURSELF. With a balcony overlooking the Rocky Mountains, it's the perfect way to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Centrally located to Denver, 1.5 hours to local ski resorts, 30 minutes from Denver International Airport, and located near many wonderful restaurants.

    During your stay you will find a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes and coffee pot. Relax in our cozy living room with a 50 inch tv and a sofa-bed. Attached to the living room is a walk out balcony with mountain views and a table with chairs. The master bedroom includes a king bed and connecting bathroom and closet. The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed and closet. Wifi is included and there are two bathrooms and laundry in unit. **Fireplace does not work.

    Additional rules
    - Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7AM
    - Check in time is strictly enforced unless prior arrangements have been made because we do not want to disturb other guests.
    - No pets
    - No illegal substances or activities in the house
    - No Marijuana
    - Guests must be those listed on the Vrbo reservations. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the property. Please do not book for another person.
    - No parties or events
    - No smoking, vaping, candles, or incense.
    - Feel free to park in the driveway or on the street.
    - Please no eating in the bedrooms.
    - If you are staying Thursday night please, take the trash to the curb.
    - Any violations of these rules gives us the right to cancel the reservation, even after check-in.
    - $1,000 Fee for smoking
    - $35 per person for everyone over the guest maximum of 6
    - $1,000 Fee for noise complaints
    - $750 pet fee for cleaning
