Renovated rooms with your comfort in mind, this 1,800 sq ft home features a newly installed hot tub with hydrotherapy jets and a redesigned yard with firepit, providing plenty of room for everyone. Conveniently located moments from i70, this home offers easy access to Red Rocks, the Denver Metro, and the mountains, making it the ideal home base for your Colorado adventure. Enjoy the convenience, privacy, and comfort of this space, complete with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage shed, storage room at the base of the stairs and supply closet in the main hallway. Please make yourself at home. Your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

You’ll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms in this home which each have their own walk-in shower. There is one bathroom on each floor of the house. With bright lighting, large mirrors, hotel-grade towels, you'll find that the bathrooms have all the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash your group needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features a beautiful countertop and modern stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. The upstairs living room allows for large groups to gather comfortably around the 65" widescreen TV with Netflix streaming and electric fireplace. The basement area is perfect for smaller groups to watch movies with popcorn in hand or play some Sega Genesis.

The larger table can accommodate 8-10 people. The smaller dining table can accommodate 5 people. The top floor kitchen flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, which is complete with 2 couches, a classic coffee table, and big windows letting in a lot of light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, this space gives you everything you need. You'll find another lounge area downstairs furnished with a TV with Netflix streaming, a comfy couch, and a kitchenette for your late-night snacks.

You'll have ample parking space in the front driveway, accommodating up to three vehicles, for your convenience and peace of mind.

Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property to ensure the safety of our guests. There are no cameras inside the property.

The ceilings in the basement are lower than average.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled, and be threatened with civil prosecution.
