We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You will have access to the entire home during your stay for your privacy and comfort. Please note that the unit may not be suitable for individuals who are have mobility challenges, as there are stairs leading to the entrance of the unit and three small staircases inside the home.

Every corner of the home is designed to balance connection and retreat, giving you the space to gather while also offering private bedrooms across different levels.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms provide comfort for up to ten guests with six beds in total. The master bedroom features a king bed and elevated views, while a lower-level ensuite offers a king bed and private access to the backyard. Another king bedroom is set apart on the basement level for added privacy. A queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with two twin beds round out the options, each appointed with soft linens, memory foam mattresses, and plenty of storage.
Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms make getting ready simple for groups. The upper-level bath includes a rainfall shower with a tiled bench. On the mid-level, you will find a glass walk-in shower. The ensuite bathroom offers a tub and direct access to the outdoor hot tub. Each is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, towels, and a hair dryer.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island. It is fully stocked with cooking basics, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and barbecue utensils. A coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hot water kettle, and wine glasses are also provided. The dining table welcomes shared meals and long conversations.
Living spaces
Two living rooms create flexibility for groups. One offers cozy seating and smart TVs for movie nights, while the other is set up for games and conversation. Board games are available, and families will appreciate thoughtful touches like a Pack ’n Play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and baby safety gates. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in a midnight blue office provide a comfortable setting for remote work.
Outdoor living
Step into a fully fenced backyard designed for both relaxation and play. The patio is furnished with outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and a hot tub for evenings under the stars. Mature trees provide shade and a sense of privacy while you spend time outside.
Practical details
Parking is straightforward with a two-car driveway and free street parking. Self check-in is available with a keypad and smart lock. Safety features include exterior security cameras monitoring only the outside, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Washer, dryer, ironing supplies, and extra linens are provided for convenience.
Neighborhood
Set in the quiet Bel-Aire neighborhood of Centennial, the home is across from Peabody Park and close to shopping and dining. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and The Streets at Southglenn are just minutes away. Downtown Littleton, the Denver Tech Center, and the University of Denver are all within a short drive, while Red Rocks Amphitheater and downtown Denver can be reached in about twenty minutes. For outdoor adventures, Cherry Creek State Park, Chatfield State Park, and Mount Falcon Park are nearby, with Winter Park Ski Resort about an hour away.
