Minutes from Mile Hi Stadium, Federal Center(1.3 mi), Colorado Mills Mall, Belmar (Downtown Lakewood), Red Rocks(9.4 mi), Denver West Office Park(3.6 mi), Downtown Denver(6.1 mi). Light rail train available from the airport to 1/2 block from our house. Free parking (off street) and Natural Grocers grocery store just 2 blocks away. Davies Chuck Wagon (3 blocks away)for breakfast. Main level apartment is just what your looking for.

The owner of this property was very thoughtful and considerate. When I let them know that I would be checking in late at night due to my flight, they even turned on the lights so that I could easily find the entrance. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated their thoughtful hospitality.

While the apartment was very small and could use some updates, it was very clean and worked well for the two of us for two nights. It was close to Red Rocks. Kathy the host was great to work with and made the check in and check out process easy.

The room/small apartment was perfect! It was really cute and cozy, had mini-splits which helped keep the room warm enough the whole weekend. The host(s) are so accommodating! Left great instructions, even left a paper with places to eat, which was so helpful! Parking was right out front, very safe and comfortable. The coffee pot was a godsend (we brought our own coffee from the place I manage here in AZ) and we used it every day. There is a griddle, a hot plate, microwave, fridge, sink- really perfect for 2 people. When we make our next journey, we will definitely see if this is available again!

Kathy was very welcoming. The apartment is conveniently located to the train station. It is small, but suitable for two people. There is no stove in the kitchen, but has other ways to cook. Overall a descent place.

Instructions started with code then main floor. Tried a few doors then reached out to host. She responded, reread the instructions. Obviously, not the first to ask this. Our fault, but not a great intro. May need to move where the entry is to the 1st paragraph. Plumbing issues in bathroom: leak, slow drain and handle not secured. With every flush the kitchen sink gurguled. It was comfortable and priced right.

Good StayI was there for work, so I wasn’t usually at the unit during the day and didn’t use the kitchen much beyond the fridge and microwave. That said, there was ample cookware, including additional items in the cupboards. Foil and other supplies were provided, which was convenient for packing sandwiches to take with me to work. The bed and washroom were sufficient, and I didn’t have any issues with either.There was snow while I was there, and it took a while to be cleared. There didn’t seem to be a way for me to clear it myself, but I’m originally from Canada, so this wasn’t a big deal for me.The location is very convenient, as it’s right next to the W-Line, which goes straight downtown.The living room furniture is more antique, but everything was clean and comfortable, with a vintage aesthetic. There were no strong smells in the unit beyond occasional normal home cooking—I’m not sure what the reviewer was referring to. A few times I noticed a acetone-like smell.As the other reviewer noted, there is noise from the hosts’ unit, mainly in the living room, mostly TV and conversation until about 11:00 PM. One night, however, I was woken around 1:00 AM by a conversation that lasted about an hour.If you’re a light or early sleeper this will be an issue, but overall the unit should work well for people. Wi-Fi was reliable, check-in was easy, communication with the host was smooth, the area felt safe and heating/cooling are controllable.

Easy to find and get around . We were here for ball tournament ball diamonds were easy to get to. Very nice place to stay. Host responds in a reasonable time. We will definitely comeback if ever in vicinity again.

Property was clean and quiet. Nothing fancy. Close to everywhere I wanted to visit. No issues with parking, check-in or check-out. Definitely only suitable for 1-2 people as quarters were a little tight. Would stay here again.

I really had a nice stay, the apt was small, but comfy and clean! I was here for Red Rocks and it's only a 10-15 minute drive - so -Yay! The property owner is quite hospitable and easy to reach. One thing that I didn't like was no stove, so no real cooking.

Overall a good place to stay. Had one issue with an occupant of the main house having a guest that stank up the whole property with cigarette smoke. Other than that, it was quiet and pleasant. If I return to the Denver area, I would stay here again.
