We spent 10 days at this property over Christmas, visiting our kids in Evergreen. In addition to the amazing views and wrap-around deck, we were only 15 minutes from Idaho Springs and 15 minutes from Evergreen Lake. We even took a day trip to Breckenridge, which was a little over an hour.Josh, the host and owner, was amazing. He even set up and decorated a Christmas tree for us before our arrival and left us a bottle of wine and some chocolates. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We took full advantage of the vintage Pac-Man video game, the foosball table, and the poker chips and card table. In addition to the hot tub with the mountain views, there was even a sauna room!We were most impressed with how well stocked this house was. Lots of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. There was even a Ninja coffee maker that would make coffee from a K-Cup (supplied by the owner) or a full pot if you have a big group. The TV was like 85" and super high resolution.In summary, the property was clean, private, minutes from I-70, had amazing views, and was well-equipped with a very conscientious owner. A great value!
