Welcome to your cozy home-away-from-home! This peaceful garden-level suite offers a rare blend of comfort and nature, with private access to Cherry Creek State Park right outside your door. Whether you're here to unwind, explore the trails, or just enjoy a quiet getaway, you'll love the bright, modern kitchen, comfy bedrooms, and your own laundry room. It’s a perfect place to relax and feel at home—inside and out. Guests will have full private access to the entire garden-level unit, including both bedrooms, the full bathroom, laundry room, living area, and the outdoor seating area. The space is completely separate from the main residence, ensuring privacy throughout your stay. This is a garden-level unit with a few steps leading down to the entrance. As such, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges or families with small children. Please consider this when booking to ensure a comfortable stay.

This home is in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood. No loud music, no visitors, no parties, and no disruptive noise are allowed. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. Ideal for guests who value a peaceful and respectful stay.

There were a nice note, bottle of wine, fruit, candy, and flowers greeting us when we arrived. The property was clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked. We especially liked the fact that the house backs up to Cherry Creek State Park, so the view is nice. Also, it is within walking distance to a commmunity entrance to the park, and we enjoyed walking and running there. Lovely property, attentive and responsive host.

Dee was a pleasure to book with and to stay with. The property is outstanding. Very quiet. Well furnished for a comfortable stay. Because the weather was nice, we particularly loved the tranquil patio. The unit has all you could need to cook and Dee included some dishwasher tabs and washing machine detergent. She really went the distance for us....it turned out that the Keurig was not working the night we arrived. Dee went out and bought a new one and made sure that it was available when we returned later that evening so we could have coffee the next morning. We really appreciated her making that effort !!
