You’ll have the entire guesthouse to yourself. The upscale guest home is nestled near the Green Mountain and is just a few minutes to Golden downtown or 16 minutes to Denver downtown. Quiet neighborhood with access to many walking and bicycling trails and conveniently located nearby Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater, School of Mines, Colorado Mills Mall, coffee shops and restaurants. Seven minutes walk to Light Rail Station.

The guest home is a newly build addition with all new appliances. It has it own private entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, and a dedicated parking space. It's an ideal location if you want to take the Light Rail to downtown, to Pepsi Center, to Coors Field, or to the airport. It's close to the mountain and with I-70 corridor nearby, the nearest ski resort is only about an hour away.

There are lots to see any do year round from your little home away from home with all new appliances and modern amenities.

Great little place

Wonderful little Apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations are very nice, the beds (including the pull out) were very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and the kitchen was quaint and efficient. 10/10 would stay again!

Great Golden stay!

Wonderful for a solo traveler looking for a clean, comfortable guesthouse in a safe, quiet neighborhood in the Lakewood/Golden area.I will note that because it’s connected to the main house, there are some noises that can be a little surprising, and I was awoken at night by some strange water sounds, I couldn’t place it as either it in of the night.

My husband and I will return to this sweet spot! You’re @15 minutes away from everything! Red Rocks, Ball stadium, MeowWolf. The location couldn’t be more convenient! And the space is spotless, cozy and welcoming. Very happy with our stay

This stay was in a great location and had everything we needed. The host was excellent at communicating with me for every question and concern I had , even months ahead of time when I booked the stay. We would definitely stay again and even consider it for a longer stay as a home base to explore beautiful Colorado! Would be perfect for a red rocks show too !

Efficient little apartment. Convenient location to Red Rocks and train to downtown Denver. Had everything we needed for a couple nights stay. Sophia was able to provide a book that had anything you need to know about the area. We would stay here again.

Charming guest home close to red rocks

The host was very responsive to any questions I had, and the binder full of things to do in the area had me constantly exploring and having a wonderful time. At the end of each day I knew I was returning to a clean, and cozy guest home that felt welcoming. This guest home will be the first place I check for vacancy each time I return to the area.

Wonderful, comfortable and quiet auite

I stayed here for a week in March when visiting my daughter in Golden. The suite is wonderful. Has everything you need for a longer stay. The neighborhood is quiet, which was great for me. The location is a 12-15 min drive from downtown Golden. There aren't many amenities, restaurants or stores within walking distance. You will need a car. It worked out wonderfully for me.

Perfect place to stay!

The expectations with this Guesthouse were definitely exceeded! We traveled to this area for a concert at Red Rock Amphitheater and this was the perfect place to stay. The cleanliness and coziness were above what we expected. The communication and instructions from the owner made checking in a breeze. I will also have to say the bed slept the Beat!!!! Will definitely book this VRBO again when we return for more concerts.

Nice little place, wonderful stay!

Sophia's place worked out great for us. Nice, quiet neighborhood, cozy but spacious for two, comfy and clean, well appointed, and everything worked. Nice little touches like a Keurig with pods, seasonings for cooking, and a drawer full of little bathroom items. Even a pair of stadium seats for our Red Rocks show. Five stars all the way!
