We absolutely loved this property. We came for a CU football game and loved the convenience of getting to Boulder from this location while also being in a neighborhood outside of the busy campus area. Bonus: The pickleball courts across the street!

Great place to visit

Location is very convenient to area attractions. We visited Estes Park, took a drive to visit an area lake. Took in Denver Zoo and Aquarium and visited a rescue center for animals. It was a great place to visit and the accommodation was top choice. I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for the great vacation.

Long Guys Weekend

This property worked great for our group of 5 guys. We came to town for a mini-college reunion - it had been 29 years since we graduated and made for a great location to reconnect.

The house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. It was clean and had everything we needed. The foosball and pingpong tables were a hit with the teenagers and adults in our group. Cody was a great host, very reaponsive to our needs. Highly recommend staying here.

House was nice and clean when we arrived. It was hot outside and house was nice and cool. Location was great for our visit to Denver and kids loved the foosball and ping pong tables. All in all, great stay and great experience!

A birthday bash trip

Property is well maintained. A few oddities like an upside down light switch but nothing important. Place was clean and worked very well for the family with everyone getting their own bedrooms which is important for adult children.
