The place is exactly as advertised and Justin was super prompt with all communication. not a single problem with anything and the neighborhood is great. The listing should just clarify this is a basement unit. its not a bad thing, just not clear when booking.

Good Stay

It was a good stay we enjoyed it for the days we were in Colorado It was everything we needed and has a great host definitely would stay here again, only issues we had is the listing is confusing on how the entrance is behind the Home going underground basically in a basement, as the listing shows the front of the house but other than that would definitely recommend this place to anybody that's in the area or traveling to Denver thanks again for hosting us.

Excellent stay & excellent location!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Arvada! It was central to everything we needed to travel to, easy to navigate to, safe neighborhood, space was clean and cozy and Justin was great about any help we needed! Space has everything you need to function on a getaway! We traveled to Red Rocks twice and it was SO EASY to get back and forth from. We loved it! Thanks for the safe and cozy space Justin!

Nice place with not so nice entrance

The walkway to the rental was not well lit and most the time I came home late at night and I had to use my phone for a flash light. It wasn’t very cool as I was staying there by me self. Neighborhood was nice and I did feel safe there but it was the entry that didn’t make me feel safe.
