Fully remodeled and furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath, semi-basement suite with a separate entrance part of larger home, 2 leaving rooms and large deck. Fully Equipped Kitchen including small appliances ready for a short or long stay.
Located in a charming neighborhood with trails, park with playground, walking distance lake and beautiful gold course sceneries. Just a few miles from Down Town Parker, shops and restaurants.
The space
Semi-Basement Suite with Two Bedrooms
This charming semi-basement suite includes:
* Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed
* One bathroom
* Two living rooms
* A deck
* A carport
The carport and shared driveway (with the owner) can accommodate two cars.
Interior Features:
* Contemporary Kitchen: Fully equipped with all necessary accessories and appliances, ready for your stay.
* Lower-Level Living Room: Features a loveseat, reclining chair, and a desk suitable for a workspace. Includes premium streaming TV channels and high-speed internet (300 Mbps).
* Upper-Level Living Room: Boasts an authentic wood fireplace and access to a large, relaxing deck with outdoor furniture.
* Laundry Room: Equipped with a combo washer and dryer.
Shared Spaces:
* BBQ Grill: Located on the east side of the house and shared with the owners.
* Natural Gas Fire Pit : Shared with the owners and available with prior notice.
Pet Policy:
* Pets are allowed, but the property is unfenced. It is highly recommended to keep pets on a leash. The community is home to many deers and wild turkeys, which must not be fed or disturbed in any way.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Simeon and Gigi and were absolutely wonderful hosts! Any time we had reached out, they were very quick to respond. The property is exceptional. Not only is it one of the best stocked rentals we have stayed in (and we stay in many lol), the unit is very clean, beds are comfortable, and all seating in house is comfortable. We will definitely be back!Forgot to mention how great the neighborhood was, we saw wildlife every single day and got witness the deer right in the yard!
