The newly renovated villa on 4 levels (parking-apartment1- apartment 2- pool level) offers two units appartments but the apartment 2 in the middle level stays closed during the rentals for 4 persons. The guests are disposing of the upper appartment with great sea views and the lower part of pool terrace with a guest toilet, summer kitchen, gas barbecue, and comofortable area for al fresco dining and sitting in the pool site and enjoying the marvellous vies. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 1 modern bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a newly renovated kitchen and living area and in front a covered terrace with dining place. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living areas, which can be used for cooling and heating. Almost all rooms offer wonderful sea views. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a beautiful lawned garden with trees, a wonderful pool, beautiful views of the bay, sea, mountains, town and harbor and a beautiful view of the valley.The private pool, has a larger area that is ideal for children, as well as a whirlpool function and a water fountain.
