Location très bien équipée. Belle vue sur Denia et le château. Maison très propre avec climatisation très appréciable. Piscine pas immense mais suffisante pour se rafraîchir et jouer. Bon emplacement. Proche du centre et de la plage. Impasse pour se stationner. Il y avait la wifi mais nous n avons pas eu d Internet. Sinon à recommander sans hésitation.

Beautiful Villa with a Mountain Views

Unfortunately we stayed here for two weeks during the worst weather ever experienced in this part of Spain! I’m pleased to report that despite local flooding and the collapse of a major wall just at the end of the road, we were comfortable and dry in this lovely villa. It was very clean and well equipped and the English TV channels were a bonus when we were stuck inside for 3 days! It is in a truly beautiful spot with views of the mountains as soon as you open the doors. It was absolutely perfect for us as a couple. We didn’t use the upstairs part with the extra bedroom and bathroom - but this would be perfect and private for sharing with a second couple. Just a couple of points which might be useful for anyone staying here. There’s no information pack inside the Villa to tell you where things are. When we arrived, I couldn’t find the washing machine and emailed the local rep. She never answered - probably thought I was an idiot! I actually discovered the next day a separate laundry room at the back of the house behind a locked door that was really stiff and tricky to open. I had tried it before but thought it was permanently locked as I couldn’t seem to find a key to fit. Another point is that the main fuse box is in the garage which is only accessible from outside the property. I suppose you don’t normally have to bother with the fuse box - but because of the atrocious weather, we discovered that a clap of thunder/lightning above the property could trip the main switch! This happened twice while we were there - in addition to the actual power cuts when the whole area was out. Although there is a garage, it isn’t available to park in - you have to park a little down the road but this wasn’t really a problem for us. The reason I’ve given this 4 stars and not 5 is that although it’s in a beautiful setting, it is a bit remote. The main part of Denia by the castle is about 30mins walk away and that’s where the restaurants are. There are a couple of local restaurants about 10 mins walk from the villa but they are not that great - just OK. Overall though - yes a lovely place to stay.

Casa para pasar unos días en familia

Casa ideal para pasar unos días en familia lo. La limpieza perfecta, ubicación genial, cerca del pueblo pero a la vez alejado del jaleo. La casa con muchas calidades y cuidada. No les falta detalle en la cocina ni en las habitaciones. La atención para la recogida y devolución de llaves muy bien también. Muy recomendable!!!

Casa comoda y bonita

La casa es muy comoda y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso maravillosos. Pero el servicio de limpieza que fue antes de nuestra llegada dejo mucho que desear: utensilios sucios, barbacoa con resto de comida, ... en el jardín... Las televisiones de las habitaciones como van por satélite no pudimos ver nada en español, y las indicaciones de los electrodomesticos estaban también en aleman. A pesar de esos detalles nosotros estuvimos muy a gusto y lo pasamos muy bien

Waren zum zweiten mal in dem Haus es ist einfach super alles da was man braucht sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Man kommt auch im Haus gut klar da der Hausherr alles gut beschrieben hat sowie wichtige schalter oder Wasserhähne die man öffnen und schließen muss. Fernsehen gibt es in Deutsch und Englisch. Man braucht aber einen Fahrbaren Untersatz da man zu Fuß weit laufen muss um in Stadt runter zu kommen, und wie gesagt man muss den Berg auch wieder rauf also unbedingt Auto oder Fahrrad mit nehmen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Leider konnten wir die Garage nicht nutzen da der Hauseigentümer andere Geräte unter gebracht hat und es gab auch keinen Carport oder Schattigen Parkplatz so das ,das Auto in der Seitenstraße bei Temperaturen um 55 Grad in der Sonne stehen musste. Das Haus ist Tip Top Alles was man wissen muss ist nett beschriftet auf Deutsch und Englisch man braucht aber auf jedenfall einen fahrbaren Untersatz da es sehr schön auf dem Berg liegt.

Complete Holiday Villa

We are an older couple and have stayed here a number of times with family and friends. The villa is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Its separate upstairs bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony offers privacy for a second couple or friends. It is clean and offers lots of extras from multiple TV's with both English and German programs, a/c, a large Barbecue, etc. The average mark for other Facilities/Amentities is the possible drawback for some of on street parking and a small garden.
