Summary:
Newly furnished chalet in Les Galeretes, Dènia, 2 km from the beach (Les Rotes). Renovated inside and out, the villa features a kidney-shaped private pool, two floors, a bright living-dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with access to the garden, a bathroom, laundry room, and refrigerator. Central gas heating and a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a pool, sun loungers, shower, outdoor kitchen, etc. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.
The Space:
Large terraced areas around the pool, kidney-shaped pool, outdoor shower, brick charcoal barbecue, carport for 1 car, 4 air conditioners (living room + all bedrooms), gas central heating in the entire house, fireplace in the living room, 3 bathrooms, 1 large pergola, 4 sun loungers, sitting lounge, free wifi, new flat screen TV. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven integrated with microwave function, ceramic hob, etc., central locking system (only 1 key).
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
Very nice and quiet residential area in the area "Les Galeretes" in Denia. Only approx. 2 km from the beach "Las Rotas", and the city centre is approx. 3 km away. Denia has many shopping facilities, bars, great restaurants, and much more. Even the famous ferry "Balearia" departs daily to Ibiza, Mallorca or Formentera, and all this is only a few minutes drive from our villa. Also the golf area La Sella is only about 6 km away. Both airports Valencia or Alicante are about 100 km away.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
Optional services:
- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person.
- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person.
- Price for one dog: €50. For more than one dog, please inquire.
In accordance with the current regulations on tourist rentals in the Valencian Community (updated in August 2024), this property can only be rented as a seasonal rental with a minimum stay of 11 nights. If you are interested in a shorter stay, feel free to contact us – we’ll be happy to offer you alternative options.

The contract serves to comply with regional legislation, as well as to protect the guest, agency and owner, so it does not include anything that is not already specified in the advertisement. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. Shortly before your arrival we will contact you by instant messaging to facilitate communication.
