「If I could give it more stars, I most definitely would! The host is AMAZING with communication and very polite! Definitely enjoyed staying here just for a place to lay my head from enjoying my birthday out in Philly! Definitely would visit again!」

「The apartment was w」

「It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but...

「Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.」

「We had a hard time getting internet. The toilet had trouble holding water」

「I had trouble accessing the first door into the building. I contacted the host, they got back to me right away, was more than happy to assist.」

「Nice cozy spot would recommend」

「It was very clean and nicely set I loved it」

That delayed our start time. The unit looked different than the pictures and was a pungent smell coming from the showers when we went to use it. Finally, when it was time to check out, me and my partner was trapped inside the unit and couldn’t open up the door the leave. The keys were not able to unlock the door from the inside so my partner had to crawl out the window to open up...

「The place was great. The living room was spacious. The kitchen and eating area was great. The location was close to center city. The communication was great. I recommend this stay.」

「Good location, nice outdoor space, newer furniture. We didn't find the bed or couch super comfy, but ymmv. Host was responsive and accommodating and very helpful with parking and checkout.」
