「The stay was very much enjoyable!! Loved the personal apartment feel. I actually enjoyed not having front desk concierge not watching me come and go. My only dislike was the mode of communication. Didn’t know to look in the Hotels.com messaging app for check in/out instructions. I was told I’d receive an email, but the messaging center was the email mentioned. Just a bit of confusion, but not enough to detour me from coming back to GoodSeed. I will definitely return!!」

「This property is a Philly gem. It is so cute and cozy. It is updated and has the convenience of home. The washer and dryer were a plus as well. Gabe and Jon are great hosts and communication with them was easy, as they got back to me in a timely manner. We will definitely stay there on our next visit.」

「The space was perfect for our short, three night stay. Comfortable, quiet, and enough space for three. Having a garaged parking space was essential. It was fairly quick and easy to drive to downtown from the location. The hosts were responsive and helpful in providing instructions for check-in.」

We were doing college tours in the area, like Villanova, which was only 5 minutes away, and at the end of the week I completed the Women’s Philadelphia triathlon, which was only 18 minutes away. Dave was extremely responsive when I had special requests and it is a very safe area. The front bedroom is close to the street so on the weekdays there is some traffic noise but there is a white noise machine to help with that. 」

「I have traveled to the Mann center many times and have suffered through hard to find parking at their lots and even harder to leave after events due to traffic backups. This apartment is about a 3/4 of a mile walk to the center. It was perfect for us and made our evening concert easier to access and a much better experience overall.
