「Pros: Dieses Haus hat uns wirklich verzaubert. Es ist unglaublich individuell und besonders. Wenn man auf sehr gut ausgestattete, praktische Ferienhäuser steht, ist dieses Haus allerdings nicht das richtige. Ich finde, man muss schon ein bisschen Hippie im Herzen sein. Miquel, der Vermieter war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns mit wirklich tollen Ausflugstipps versorgt. Sa Pobla ist ein typisch Mallorqinischer Ort mit wenig Tourismus. 「The house was even more beautiful than in the photos – it felt like a movie set, full of charm and character. It had everything we needed, with thoughtful details that made us feel very comfortable. Being a stone house on a hill, even on hot days we could sleep well with just the fan, without opening windows. 「Pros: Lige kommet hjem efter en vidunderlig uge i huset. Det var et dejligt hus med det rette niveau af personlige ting til at gøre det hyggeligt, lækkert køkken/bad og fantastisk terasse-område. Byen er forholdsvis lille, men der var både bager, lille supermarked, 2 restauranter, frisør, osv. Lidt sjov med at få sorteret skraldet og få det afleveret. Men da vi først havde luret at det skulle afleveres nede på pladsen ved kirkegården, så var det nemt nok. De lukker dog 13:30, man kan sagtens...

「Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses wich deutlich von den Fotos auf dem Buchungsportal ab, die vermutlich nach einer Sanierung (vor einigen Jahren) aufgenommen wurden. Der tatsächliche Zustand entspricht nicht dem Eindruck der Fotos auf FeWo-Direkt. Besonders problematisch war ein Schlafzimmer mit massiv sichtbarem Schimmelbefall und Geruch, der auch im angrenzenden Badezimmer wahrnehmbar war.
