Communication with Manuel was seamless—he was incredibly accommodating, even going out of his way to adjust our booking when our flight plans changed. We couldn't have asked for a better...

「Great little villa a 5 minute walk from the beach and tons of restaurants. The pool was amazing too. There is construction on the week days next door but it didn't bother us too much. It's on top of a steep hill but worth the climb! A great deal.」

「The property was lovely - an upstairs apartment with empty rooms below. When we arrived we were disappointed to find no water left in the fridge as most properties do given the 25 min journey to a supermarket in Inca but would recommend going to Pollensa instead. The view was gorgeous. The showers were good but mine leaked. There is no hot tub as advertised. Not easy finding rubbish bins unless in Pollensa I was a tad annoyed at being charged 80 euros for house cleaning - we left the place tidy...

Insbesondere die Betreuung vor Ort durch Herrn Diego Ruiz war hervorragend und herzlich. Der Hinweis auf ein kleines, schmales Fahrzeug zur Anreise sollte wirklich beachtet werden, da die Zuwegung über eine schmale, steile Serpentinenstraße führt.」

Es gab mehrere Probleme, die den Gesamteindruck getrübt haben.Hier die Hauptprobleme:- Erheblicher Baulärm vom Nachbargrundstück – sogar während der Ruhezeiten. An Entspannung war nicht zu denken.- Unverschämtes Verhalten der Nachbarn, inklusive Beleidigungen. Absolut inakzeptabel!- Nicht erwähnte Ruhezeiten von 20–8 Uhr, die uns massiv eingeschränkt haben.- Dreimaliger Stromausfall, den wir selbst...
