Our go to hotels have been Hampton Inns but this one had the most issues and concerns. Comfortable beds, most staff was friendly. We had just stayed at one 2 weeks prior and the difference in Incidental fees is crazy. I get having them but some where in the reservation it should be noted of cost. The 2 Hamptons are only an Hour apart yet there is a $38 difference for incidental. And this one charged the fee per night. Rooms itself could us a little more attention to detail, old food & garbage under the beds, shampoo, conditioner & lotion out in 1 room. Cond. & lotion out in the other. The first morning we asked for these things and not only was it taken down as a note for both rooms the items were grabbed by the 2nd front desk lady with the housekeeping standing right there who stated they would put the items in the room as we were heading out the door. They never were. It was also made aware that another guest spilled cereal infront of 1 of the rooms and that was never vacuumed up. Labeling of the breakfast items should be clearer. We have never had a problem and it has usually always been a meat option & an egg option. The 2nd morning you had meat & then in your eggs you had meat. No different then marking things for gluten or dairy. The eggs were only marked as western omelets, the ham was very tiny and few but they were still in there and not realized till after the first bite. Also if you plan on staying here DO NOT use elevator 1. Horrible shake and completely unsafe.
