Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was average and coffee was watered down. Be aware, this hotel recently implemented $8 per day parking charge. They didn’t charge me for it only because at the time of reservation there were no mentioning of parking charges. Hotels keep looking for opportunities to extort more money from their customers. "

"Pubic hair in the bathtub. Several issues were in need of repair such as: weight room was very hot and humid. It had weights but no bench to use the weights on. The room we stayed in was clearly not vacuumed well, if at all. Several other maintenance issues throughout. "

"Flooring was dirty bathroom small. But my biggest aggravation is we have a service dog which is highly trained and per the service animal law there is no charge for service animals and we were charged $25 should not have been"

Only complaint was the homeless guys that were sleeping in the chairs near the parking garage entrance inside and one was sitting near the elevator to the hotel rooms above check in desk that stunk the entire place up in a foul way. It was very bad and hard to describe the smell. Doesn’t seem to be any security running these guys off. They weren’t bothering anything just an eye sore and stench. "
