5-star, Upscale, Luxurious Completely Remodeled, Privately-owned direct oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in The Sand Dollar Condominium in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. This 1200 SF unit boasts picturesque views of the beautiful Daytona Beach from the extra large private balcony. Unit faces East with fabulous unobstructed 180 Degree shoreline views from north to south. View the sunrise from the living room and the master bedroom balcony access. Large heated pool overlooks the ocean and gets sun most of the day. Unit sleeps 6. Master bedroom has king size bed, master bath and walk in shower. Guest bedroom has a king size bed, guest bath with tub and shower. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Fully equipped newly remodeled kitchen includes a full-sized microwave, glass top stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, plus, all the dishes, utensils and glassware you need to relax at your home away from home. Full sized washer and dryer in unit. Fitness center, 2 Saunas, Jacuzzi Hot Tub, and FREE WiFi included.

Relax on the beach, swim in the pool, unwind in the Jacuzzi, play a little golf or workout in the private resident only fitness center.

Highly secured with security system. central alarm/smoke detectors/sprinklers, 2 high-speed elevators, 2 saunas, heated oceanfront pool with hot tub and shuffleboard, oceanfront picnic areas with gas BBQ grills, fitness center/exercise room on first floor, secure underground parking with 7 foot garage door. Extra parking available as well.

We are about an hour from most of Central Florida Attractions such as Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studio, Kennedy Space Center and more.
Only 45 minutes from historic St. Augustine, and the Golf World Hall of Fame.
Daytona has many great Golf Courses at reasonable rates, Tennis, Deep Sea Fishing on a Party or Charter Boats, Boat trips on the inter-coastal water way, Para Sailing, Jet Skiing, Horseback Riding, Greyhound Racing/Poker, several fine Museums, great Waterpark, largest Harley Davidson Dealership in the world, Historic Ponce de Leon Lighthouse, Famous Daytona Flea Market, many great restaurants, LPGA National Headquarters and of course, the Daytona USA Museum with tours of the world famous Daytona Motor Speedway and much more.

Unit has FREE WIFI, Cable, Central AC/Heat and TV's throughout. Check-in is 3pm, check-out at 10am.
This is a non-smoking unit and the Sand Dollar does not allow pets. Unfortunately, we do not have a kiddie pool and infants with diapers are not allowed in our pool or hot tub, by order of the Health Department.

My wife and I stayed for a week and the beach and water were fantastic. Played golf nearby, and enjoyed many nice local restaurants. The beds and furniture were comfortable and everything was quiet in the condo.

Wonderful place, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend Zugbas right across the street! Be sure to note, there is NO POOL at the location and beach access is a short walk down the street.

This is an amazing property! Freshly renovated and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is also fully stocked for home cooking. There is quite a lot beach supplies; everything from, beach chairs, umbrella and water noodles for the guests convenience. Thank you Cathy for sharing your beautiful apartment.

Lovely Condo - Beautiful, Clean, Great Amenities and Fully-Stocked

Lovely condo, very clean, beautiful beach views and location. Walk out of building to pool and beach. Owner provided great beach supplies, all that we could need. We spent week and enjoyed every moment. The washer and dryer provided in the unit was a great convenience. Stores and restaurants very convenient to condo. Being able to see the ocean from the balcony and having a pool were two of our must-haves and this location didn’t disappoint. The views were amazing! We even saw dolphins playing in the waves! The condo had a fully functional kitchen, fully stocked with linens and towels, beds were comfortable and condo was spacious. Also has boogie board for ocean, we bought and left two tennis rackets (courts are behind Publix’s) and has beach chairs. Overall we had an amazing time and definitely want to come back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo Cathy. We will be back next year for sure. Bob

The Condo is gorgeous everything about it was love the fact it was on The Beach & an en-suite Bathroom in the Master Bedroom The Decor is Beautiful. We loved the kitchen equipment as my family loves home cooking. The pool is one of the best out there. It's in the sun most of the day due to the clever layout of the builder. Our best moments were had this year at Sand Dollar 303. Cathy was a great host. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. We Love the Condo will stay again.

Beautiful views, great kitchen set up, and comfy beds!

Beautiful place in a great area right on the beach. Perfect location directly facing the water. We had incredible views from the living room and bedroom. Rooms were well furnished with everything anyone might need. Just like home. Everything was nice and clean, very comfortable beds, and secure garage parking. We enjoyed having comfortable beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and other beach items available, We’ve already booked again for next year! We love the Sand Dollar and love the host of this unit. She is very sweet and will go above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay, Highly recommend this unit.

Amazing week in Sand Dollar. Everything we needed was there.

Our family had a wonderful week in Daytona Beach Shores. The condo unit was absolutely amazing. The views were spectacular. Can't wait for the updates to be finished. It will be THE PLACE TO STAY! The unit, was spotless and decorated so nice. The kitchen was furnished very well with everything needed to cook a nice meal. The unit had plenty of beach towels, chairs, even boogie boards for the kids available for us to use. Check in was easy and the owner also ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. We look forward to returning and will definitely stay here again! Especially after the remodel is finished. They say it will be finished this Labor Day. May have to come back in the fall!

False Advertisement

When we arrived at the condo, the first thing you naturally do at the beach is go tot he patio and open the door to look at the ocean. But nope, the patio door was locked, then the bedroom patio door was locked. Their is a paper on the kitchen counter saying" If you try to go out on the patio, it's a felony" and you will be arrested. Called the owner and letting her know that this was unacceptable; her response was "let me see what I can do?" Really?? Thankfully after over an hour and a half wait another condo owner set-us up in her condo. the view was not a direct ocean view but partial and she was so very kind and it had both ocean and river views. I would never rent from Cathy again. Although the second condo has some noise of the construction workers its not a deal breaker. I'm ill and can't access the beach and pool so 90% of my stay has to be on the balcony.

Wonderful stay!

The property owner was very exceptional and accommodating when balcony space on first rental was not finished by our arrival. Cathy worked to ensure we were moved to another unit with a lovely balcony space. The property itself is being repaired from hurricane damage but a lot of progress was made just in the week we were there. Very nice unit, very nice owner, and would highly recommend.

Excellent care in tough circumstances.

The condo is undergoing extreme renovations due to hurricane damage. Many of the condos are not available for use at this time. Most of the parking lot is not available as worker are removing damaged concrete on each floor balcony. HOWEVER, both the Owner (Cathy) and the Receptionist (Beth) provided excellent and compassionate care to us and our family. Every issue was addressed and remedied as well as possible. Every issue regarding the renovations was handled with grace and kindness. When the renovations are finished, the Sand Dollar will be a wonderful place to enjoy a "Vacation in Paradise."

Nice stay right on the water!

Had a nice week long stay with my husband & two teens. It fit our family of 4 well, has everything you need even chairs, sand toys, small styrofoam cooler & boogie boards for beach. The building itself is dated but being right on the water is what matters. No beach access from back due to damage to stairs, must walk out front to main beach access which is about 5 min walk, will be nice when that gets addressed. Lots of construction taking place throughout Daytona and close by from past hurricane damage. Cathy was very involved with staying in communication before during & after stay, she is a terrific host.

Peace and Quiet

Overall, it was the perfect vacation, and the perfect spot to sit on the lanai having coffee in the am, and a quiet place lfor a drink in the pm. The room was clean, and nicely furnished. All in all it was a very quiet and nice vacation.

Great stay!

We had a great time staying at The Sand Dollar #303. Cathy was great communicating the whole time. The view from the balcony was awesome. The location is perfect. Grocery store a half-mile away. Great restaurants, stores & other activities minutes away as well. The beach is great too! We’ll definitely be back.
