Other things to note Locals must be approved by the host. - We offer courtesy early check-in as early as 11 AM when there is no same-day cleaning scheduled! - A starter supply of essentials is provided for your arrival, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. For longer stays, guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed. - Bath and beach linens are provided for guest use. The home is stocked with two bath towels per guest and one beach towel per person for the duration of your stay, plus a supply of hand towels and washcloths. - We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or weather-related disruptions, as all reservations are subject to the listing's cancellation policy. - Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home at any time. This includes all indoor areas and enclosed spaces. - Florida Environment Notice: As with all homes in Florida, occasional insects or wildlife may be encountered due to the subtropical climate. The home is professionally serviced on a routine pest prevention schedule. While every effort is made to prevent pests, their presence is not always considered a maintenance or cleanliness issue. - Parking: 2 parking passes included per room. Parking is only permitted in designated areas. Please do not block sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or fire lanes. Trailers are not permitted on property; secure trailer parking can be found at nearby parking garages. - Pool Notice: The community pool is currently closed for maintenance and construction, expected through September 2025. All construction scheduling is managed by the HOA and is outside of our control.
