This spacious, pet friendly vacation rental features direct beach access, two private balconies, a heated oceanfront pool, fast WiFi, smart TVs, and covered parking. Steps from Sunglow Pier, restaurants, and local attractions, this condo sleeps 8 with a king, queen, two twins, and a sleeper sofa—ideal for families, couples, and long term stays.
Sea Fern Condominium is a large ocean-view, pet-friendly 1475 SF unit has been completely upgraded with new kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathrooms, and tile. Sea Fern is right on the ocean. 11 miles to Daytona International Speedway and Daytona Beach International Airport, Minutes to Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum, three blocks to the famous Sunglow Fishing Pier featuring Crabby Joe's Restaurant where you can dine on fresh seafood harvested daily. Within an hour's drive of some of the state's top attractions - Historic St. Augustine, Kennedy Space Center and Theme Park, Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, to mention a few.
There is a king-size bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen-Size Bed in the guest bedroom, and two Twin beds in the guest bedroom, plus a queen sleeper sofa bed couch should you need extra room.
