From the moment we opened the door we were in our dream location. We stayed with another couple and we had privacy when needed and the common are was comfortable for up to 6 people! Will definitely be booking with Isabel then next time family comes to town.

We had a wonderful time this past week for the Fourth of July at your condo. The views and location were great. The owner was great to work with and communication was excellent. I recommend this condo and location.

Great stay in Daytona!

Very lovely oceanfront condo, great views and enjoyed hanging out on the second floor balcony overlooking pool and beach. Very clean and well furnished. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

The location was wonderful. Never had a problem parking outside, even though our jeep was too big to fit in the garage. The pool and the outside was being renovated, but that was disclosed to us prior. The condo itself was oceanfront and had a very nice beachy vibe to it. Many of the features had been updated. The master bed made a terrible creaking sound anytime we moved… and the recliner was absolutely worn out. The view was great, and I personally like the mirrors on the wall and the wifi abd smart TVs. We enjoyed having the luggage carts and an elevator. The condo was well stocked with chairs, towels and necessities.

Great condo on the beach with all you need to relax and enjoy

Stayed over the weekend and although the balcony was being redone from the hurricane, it didn't bother us. The whole area was destroyed and we're happy to see it all being rebuilt and getting back to normal. The communication about the balcony and pool was great to know ahead of time. We appreciated the heads up. The condo was roomy, clean and stocked with the kitchen items needed. We would definately rent here again.

Awesome family vacation

Isabel was a great host, answering all my questions. We rented this condo for our daughter, son in law, and 4 grandkids. The condo was perfect for them especially the three beds, including the queen, in the 2nd bedroom. The views were fantastic and location to restaurants and other activities was great. We will be staying again.

Absolutely Awesome place to stay!

The host were great. All questions answered quickly. Room was clean and kitchen fully stocked. Just bring food! Views from balcony were second to none! If I come back or if your going get this place you’ll love it!

Condo was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked as listed also. The bunk beds in the room with the queen bed make for a perfect, convenient and comfortable family stay. The owner was very quick to send any needed info. Would recommend if going to Daytona Beach Shores.

Beach Getaway

We loved our stay and the host were very responsive to any questions. We have stayed at this Location for the last 13 years and this unit was new to us! It was better than described and furnished wonderfully. The construction wasn’t an issue for us at all and in fact we found it very interesting to watch a seawall being constructed. We will stay here again no doubt!

Wonderful place!

Can't say enough positive remarks about this place. To wake up in the master bedroom looking at sunrise over the ocean through floor-to-ceiling windows and patio door or to have the same view from the living room is amazing. Sitting on the balcony just enhances this view. Unit is clean with all of the amenities. Location right on the ocean is perfect and away from the hectic traffic on the mainland. Our hosts were helpful and prompt in replying to all of our questions. Thank you. Highly recommend this place and we definitely hope to return!

Perfection

I came to the area for a continuing education course and had to stay for a week. This condo ended up being perfect for a balance between business and pleasure! Isabel was so incredibly thorough with instruction that I found everything easily accessible. And she was super quick to respond when I called with a question, mid week. The condo is beautifully furnished, perfectly located, and the view is amazing! I enjoyed being able to see sunrise and sunset every day. I look forward to staying here again!

Great place!

Came to Daytona for a triathlon and stumbled upon this gem of a place. It’s quiet and nicely apportioned. It’s close to so many parts of Daytona, including the beach, Speedway and lots of great local eats. The balcony is perfect for grabbing a breakfast with a view. The place is well set up. There’s plenty of kitchen hardware to make just about anything you want-just grab the necessary groceries at the store. There’s even a waffle maker! Owners are super fast to get back to me and very courteous when I couldn’t figure things out on my own. I do recommend this place to anyone who is planning to visit. We had 4 adults and we had plenty of space. When I come back to Daytona, I will be looking for this space first.

We've stayed in several different locations in Daytona Beach Shores and this one is now our favorite. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Daytona Beach, yet close enough that a 5-6 minute drive will get you where ever you want to go. The building was very quiet. The view is amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with a good assortment of utensils and cookware. The facilities were clean and well-kept. We appreciate the conveniently located washer and dryer which made washing our swimwear easy. The pool and pool desk were destroyed in the hurricane so we didn't get a chance to use it (we knew that before renting the location), but they were working on replacing it while we were there. Hopefully next summer we will be able to use it. The hosts were easy to contact and communicate with. We look forward to returning!

Pros and Cons

Overall the condo is as described. Be sure to read the full description of the condo and know the pool is not there and there is no direct beach access. There is still a lot of construction and repairs going on from the hurricanes in 2022, but it's still a great place to vacation. Pros - the view from the balcony is fantastic! We enjoyed sitting outside drinking our coffee. The condo is just how it's pictured. We had a few issues, but the owner was responsive. So, we appreciated the communication. The check in / check out process was easy and we like this area of Daytona Shores. We've vacationed in this area for decades. Cons - I personally did not find the master bed comfortable. My husband seemed to sleep fine, but it was way too firm for me. It was nice having assigned garage parking, but just know it's underground and you have to go up a flight of stairs. So, unpack the car before you park your car (we did not!). It was unfortunate that there is no direct access to the beach, but after seeing all the damage in the area, it was understandable. However, getting to the beach is not hard, it's just not direct access. We would encourage anyone to visit this area of Daytona. There are great places to eat, grocery stores are close by, it was very quiet when we were there and despite the construction going on in the area, it's still a good place to vacation.
