first of all We reserved a king size bed with a double sofa bed, and they put us in A room with two doubles and a sofa bed. That was the first room this smelled like mildew and mold with the AC vents and was very strong and I cannot believe that they clean that room thinking that that was OK for people to stay in and Safe. Then after speaking to three different people, I finally got us another room but again we wanted a king size bed and we got two doubles. The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. We woke up in pain every morning We were there. We have been coming here 4 to 5 times a year for the last five years and this was the first time that we have had a bad Experience. Next time we book if we do not get what we request and what we reserved we will not be coming back to this hotel. This is our hotel and Daytona, But after this experience and the money we pay, we shouldn’t have had this bad at a time. Not including I had to take all of our luggage from sixth floor to the 15th floor and again they do not have enough luggage for even a quarter of the guests. I am Carrying our luggage for five different trips. Because apparently the big luggage carts are for VIP only.

I loved the whole experience! The pools were great, staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious & clean, with all the amenities from home. It's my 3rd time @ Ocean Walk, and I look forward to coming back again next year!

The unit we stayed in is seriously in need of updating. Cracks in the bathroom sink and tub. Extremely poor design of the doors - there are 3 doors, one to the bedroom and two to the bathroom - that are constantly in the way of each other. If even one of them was a bifold, the problem would be solved. Bedframe sticks out below the mattress so that you are continually bumping into it. No means of cleaning the floor (no broom, no vacuum) even after requesting. Had to keep calling Maintenance to reset the TV every time we watched it. Very poor value for the price.

Front desk “Danny the night shift guy” after my wedding at 1 am no parking when I paid for two rooms and have 1 car . North side garage full and south garage available. Make me go to 3 blocks and park . No reimbursement was available. I did check out early and supervisor lady was rude in front desk . Worse experience ever
