A second visit to this flat which is ideally situated and very convenient. Some of the fittings are getting tired but overall condition is good. The flat could do with a deep clean, the sofa in particular and some kitchen utensils need replacing. The stairs and common area are still a bit grubby. The fans were very welcome and it would have been nice to be able to open the windows a bit more. I realise there's a safety issue but it would be nice to be able to get more airflow through the flat.
