「ホテルの場所は空港から比較的近いですが、わかりにくい場所にあります。ホテルのプールはとても綺麗で南国気分を味わうことができます。また、部屋も比較的快適です。しかし、トイレの水がなかなか流れず、使い方をスタッフにサポートしてもらうことになっていました。また、朝、シャワーを浴びようとしたら水しか出ませんでした。ボイラーを止めていたようです。依頼した後、30分後に使用するように言われました。朝方使用の予定がある方は伝えておくと良いかもしれません。フロントからプールにかけては高級感があり、清潔感もあります。部屋もベッド等、清潔ですが、バスルームにゴキブリがいてそれだけは気になりましたね・・・。まあ、南国の地なのでそういうこともあるだろうと気にしないようにしました。」

「The pounding very loud music from 3 to 7 pm was awful. It is repetitive. Way too loud. Irritating and intrusive. In my room I could not rest The trio at night was pretty good But the lady singer , who had a nice voice. , Was way too loud for the setting the band and we could not have a conversation during dinner Also her echo on her vocals was way too much. She would sound better without it. I am a pro musician from the USA so I know about this. Please do not require the entire area...

「When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival. Such a disorganized way of doing business. Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ‘coz it won’t flush because there is no water supply. We had to leave the property a day...
