Downstairs, the master bedroom offers views of the Gulf, comfort and convenience, while the open kitchen and living area invite gatherings and memorable moments. An additional full guest bathroom ensures everyone has ample space. It is important to note that there are no bathtubs, so this property may not be suitable for small children.

Step outside to discover multiple entertaining areas, from open and covered decks to the upstairs balconies, ideal for soaking in the stunning views. The stairs inside are a bit steep, so please tread carefully.

Point Breeze is designed for outdoor living. Relax in the hammocks, enjoy the seating and bar area, fire up the grill, or challenge friends to a game of ping pong. An outdoor shower and an array of beach toys add to the fun. The dock provides a perfect spot to tie up your boat or cast a line and enjoy some fishing.

This is the Salt Life at its best, where every moment is a cherished memory. A security deposit and rental agreement are required with this property as well as a cleaning fee. The security deposit will be a pre authorization placed on your credit card that you will provide when filling out the rental agreement.
