Some corrosion on the metallic surfaces, stains on some of the bedding. The location was excellent -- beach access was a breeze.

Perfect Place

We loved our time in 312! The condo had everything we needed plus the facilities were fantastic. Quiet location so we could just enjoy the beach and pool without a ton of screaming and loud music. We were pulling out of the parking lot when our kids asked when we would be back!

Our first trip here

This was our first trip to the island, the condo was perfect for what our family needed. Very quiet area, this stay was one of our best yet! Only complaint we would have is the dryer took a while to dry clothes however wasn’t an issue for what we needed! Definitely recommend!

As always, our stay was wonderful. The accommodations were great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love coming there and staying because everything is so easy to get to everything is there that you need.. Access to the beach is easy, but best of all it is not a crowded beach with so many people that you can enjoy it so we make a point of going here several times a year. It’s just the best thank you so much.
