Unit 205 - Holiday Isle. Live with the Gulf of Mexico in reach for a week! This alluring 2nd floor gulf-front condo is a 2 bedroom / 2bath unit that sleeps 7 with spectacular ocean views and a soothing blue and cream color palate. Interior furnishings include bedding of M-King, 2nd - 1 Full & 1 Twin, and queen sleeper in living area. Includes well equipped kitchen with indoor dining capacity for 6 at table and 4 at breakfast bar. Booster chair is also furnished for your little one. Large outdoor balcony has table for 4 and a loveseat along with two chairs and coffee table. Living area has a large flat screen TV and DVD player (as do both bedrooms). We have a collection of movies, or feel free to bring your own. There is free Wi-Fi for those who cannot leave your laptops or tablets at home. For the unplugged, there are board games, puzzles, playing cards and books. Beach toys, beach chairs and boogie boards are there for your use. Covered parking with direct access to unit, no stairs or elevator necessary.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, lighted tennis court, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.

Unit amenities include internet access, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, balcony access from living area & master bedroom, bubble tub in master bath with separate shower.

No parking area provided for boats or recreational vehicles.
