same saw

The room was comfortable; the only problem was no mosquito net, and I was disturbed by mosquitos in the night. The lighting in the room was inadequate for reading. The service was also good, except the breakfast was meager. I was told breakfast was served from 6:30, and I cam at 7 and only found a boiled egg and watermelon, with tea or coffee, but no waiter to help me.

The owners of the hotel need to post the right information on services they provide. There TV sets show only one channel whose translation is in Swahili and not everyone understands it.

Amazing place to be in, and very friendly people and safe. Busy place and near markets. All staff members including the manager are so friendly and very helpful. I have been there for many days, and I really enjoyed my stay. The food is delicious. My room was close to the road, and it can be noisy early hours of the morning due to people selling on the road, so I would recommend you request a room far away from the road side if you need to enjoy your mornings.

The room was tidy The property is located in a 32 arch type-hottentot coloured Bantustan of a typical market-Not friendly to dark skinned black tourists. I couldn’t step out on the street. Infective flies came into the garden pub from the market

The hotel is located right in the market, thus it’s very noisy from early morning. It’s A good place for people doing business but not for family vacation at all. Also lots of mosquitoes in the dining area. We had to request for another blanket/sheet because it was very dirty (requested 2 times). Internet is very weak in the room and only strong in the lobby.

The location advertised on maps is absolutely false. After spending an hour trying to find the hotel asking people and trying to call the hotel, I finally went to another hotel because nobody knew about this place and the staff couldn’t be bothered to take my call.

Friendly and helpful

We only stayed here one night but had an amazing experience with the staff. They are really friendly and they helped us with all kinds of stuff. We chose it because it’s located near bus companies that drive to Arusha. It’s a lively and interesting area, the downside of it being noisy throughout the night and especially in the early morning. We enjoyed a nice included breakfast and after that we have been escorted by the staff to the bus. We recommend you stay here.
