"Great location. 2 minutes walk to night market . If you arrive at Taoyuan international airport staying Sotetsu grand FRESA-Ximen , you can take the Air Bus 1961 from Taoyuan international airport to Ximen . Note: ( Air Bus 1961 limited schedule). 1961 Ximen bus stops directly across Sotetsu Grand FRESA -Ximen. . (1) Hotel self check-in on 2nd floor , very small reception desk with 1-2 staffs there to help . in room all are runs with digital . No bottle water in room , self service cold /hot water machine located mid hallway, self service ice machine on third floor only . (2) restaurant at ground floor , food is fair , services are SO SO , upon our arrival for table , both times Hostess are unpleasant and Rude, she seems too busy to be bothered, before we sits down, we are told we have only 2 hour and leave us with 4 different menus then said can order with QR code. Once person who brings our food , you won’t see services until you ask for your check . "

"There was a mix up as they received three reservation for me from Expedia. I was confused as I only have one room booked and showed up in my part. Not sure what went wrong. Otherwise no complaints. Excellent location, excellent breakfast. Room was ok. "

"Check in was smooth and fast. Room size is good compare to others in Taipei. Cleanliness is good, old carpet and long wait for elevator. Safe and convenient to local night market, temple and 7/11. Overall is great and will recommend. "
