「Check in was easy. Didn't really use the kitchen facilities except the fridge and freezer for ice. Used a strainer as an ice bowl as no ice maker but it was fine. Very comfortable. Didn't use glasses or plates because we used or own paper products as not to be messy. Guests in other units can be loud at night especially on weekends but that was expected. We did see bears and a fox which was exciting. Of course we stayed our distance. A nice walk down the back stairs to the Parkway but coming...

「Great place! Easy to find and parking on site. The location was perfect. Steps to the trolley stop and to the main parkway. Close to shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable and had both indoor and outdoor pools which we really enjoyed. Highly recommend!!!! 」

「The place was perfectly described, immaculately clean, and very generously furnished. Everything needed for home cooked meals was at our disposal, laundry abilities were in the condo, the beds were comfortable, and the AC was working beautifully. 10/10 and will definitely return. 」

「Check-in details were provided well in advance. The condo was well stocked with basic kitchen and bathroom supplies. The bathroom was also nicely decorated and very clean. Additionally, the television picture was extremely clear. These were all pleasant surprises to help us relax after walking all day in downtown Gatlinburg! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo!」
