"The customer service when checking in was polite. We had breakfast at the restaurant on the property and it was very nice, clean, and the restaurant staff was so friendly. We enjoyed the pool which was clean. This property is great. We will be back."

The guy refilling did an exceptional job at keeping all options available! The location is great and the bed super comfortable. Water pressure in the shower fantastic."

"Parking was great and room very clean. It was our family weekend getaway before the kids return to school. Perfect location next to the highway which made it easy access to our planned activities. Wild rivers Irvine water park, LA Fashion district, Santa Monica Beach and Hollywood. Plenty of parking and the room was surprisingly exceptional. We had one room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. We all had plenty of space with 2 queen beds and a fold out couch. Everyone was comfortable. Room came with microwave and nice refrigerator. Even the bathroom was much larger than we imagined. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again when we return to that area of California"

"The resort is nice, but in need of a lot of deferred maintenance including damaged doors, paint, carpet, furniture in rooms. When walking down our hallway, several room doors have a lot of damage to them and in our room, the furniture was really damaged and should have been replaced. Also… the water pressure in the shower is terrible and barely drips out enough to wash the soap off your body/hair."
