「I stayed only one night but well looked after. AC had a problem and did not work during my stay in January but slept well with fan. The owner was very kind gave me information about bus, where to eat. He even walked with me to show the places. Although I had to leave early morning, he served breakfast at 6 in the morning. Thank you.」

「The property is in the lap of nature surrounded by fruiting plants and peacocks. It's an excellent getaway from the hustle of fast-paced city life. 「Such a beautiful gem! The manager was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were cosy, and the food was absolutely amazing- one of the main reasons we chose this place, and it truly lived up to our expectations. Just a small heads-up: the rooms didn’t come with toiletries, so make sure to bring your own. Would definitely recommend! So glad we stayed here. 」

「We were extremely pleased with our stay at Pura Sanda Villa. We were a party of five adults (mostly women) and two young kids and we stayed for 4 nights. 「Danu's homestay is the real experience. 5 star service with many smiles. If your looking for an authentic Sri Lankan homestay experience, this is it. Sigiriya is a beautiful little town and Lion Rock is a must do. Get up early to beat the crowds and heat. It opens at 7am. We hired a scooter but Charu the father will drive you if needed.
