More than 3,000 sq ft of living space, large level yard, and a tidal dock...all only a mile from downtown Damariscotta. The spacious house set on two acres can accommodate a crowd. Sunlight fills every room thanks to walls of glass that allow guests to enjoy nature and water views. Your own private tidal dock is down a grassy path for swimming & boating (2 paddleboards, one adult and one child kayak included). Quiet, dead-end road, but only minutes from Damariscotta's cafes, restaurants and shopping.
