Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This trendy place is located within 5 to 10 minutes of unlimited dining and entertainment. Lower Greenville, downtown Dallas, Mockingbird Station, NorthPark Mall, Klyde Warren Park, Dallas Museum of Art, Perot Museum, Dealey Plaza, Holocaust Museum and White Rock Lake are minutes away. The Texas State Fair is a 6 minutes drive. Dallas Love Field Airport is 12 minutes away and DFW is 30 minutes away.

7. PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH BABY WIPES OR FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCTS DOWN THE TOILET. THIS COULD CAUSE A SERIOUS PLUMBING ISSUE IN WHICH THE MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL THAT WILL ARRIVE TO FIX THE ISSUE DUE TO ABOVE REASON WILL INVOICE YOUVON SITE AND WILL EXPECT TO BE PAID BY YOU.

8.PLEASE DO NOT POUR COOKING GREASE INTO OUR KITCHEN SINK OR ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS COULD ALSO CAUSE A SERIOUS PLUMBING ISSUE. SHOULD THIS OCCUR AND A PLUMBING ISSUE IS CAUSED; YOU WILL PAY FOR THE REPAIR ONSITE BY THE MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL.
