Property was clean and comfortable. Pool was an added bonus. We stayed for a work conference and was an easy drive to downtown. Would definitely stay again.
Overall I enjoyed my stay. There was a few instances where we were unable to fall asleep due to the noise levels of some individuals staying. The location wasn’t too far from most places I was visiting.
Area was a little rough but close to main roads. Neighbors were loud at times but the apartment itself was perfect and clean. Off street parking was very convenient. No issues getting into the property.
The area was fine, easy to get around, close to the highways, lots of restaurants in the area. The apartment is an older complex, it does need some maintenance. The furnishings were very simple/basic. Things like better towels, body soap and shampoo would make the stay better.
Much more economical and spacious option for our family of 4. Quick ride into downtown. Nice little pool with a Baja ledge. VERY clean and well-equipped. Comfy beds and modern/attractive aesthetic. Definitely recommend!
Such a lovely, clean, and modern place to stay in Dallas. We came for a special event at Gilley’s and the location was equidistant to the airport (Dallas Love) and the venue. Everything was easy peasy, relaxing, and peaceful. Quick responses from the property manager.
Unit was veey clean and affordable, which was what we wanted most, but neighborhood wasnt very walkable and had to Uber everywhere. Could have used a few minor inclusions, but no deal breaker, were easy going people. Would stay again if in a similar situation.

Its ok. Just ok
Older 2 story building in up comings neighborhood. Its ok for what it is. A place to stay. Neighborhood is iffy. Homeless around but not troublesome. WallsAre super thin and smell of pot was evident. Owner super responsive Ticket's to Arboretum are a plusJust ask for them via chat and easy meet upPlace is clean and comfortable Worth the price are suoer thin
I was very pleased with my short stay! It’s quiet and safe here. I am single and travelled alone. The facility is very well maintained. Cleanliness is great! Overall, I will revisit this location and stay again! There’s a small courtyard with a pool! I love it!! The property manager communicated well and maintained professionalism. Made special arrangements!
Overall, the property was clean and spacious. There was coffee in the unit but no sugar, lol. Not a big deal as I can drink my coffee black.
Vera was quick with responses and very nice! She met us at the arboretum and got us in with no problem.
Very nice place!
We were staying in Dallas for 1 night to visit the Dallas Arboretum. Thank you so much for the 3 free tickets that came with the VRBO. We also visited Klyde Warren Park and were only 8 minutes from the park. This was great since we had three children under 6 years old with us. The apartment was nice and clean except for some mildew in the grout in the shower. We appreciated our stay and convenience of everything. Communication was easy with the owner.

Decent place close to downtown
The outlets in several locations didn’t work. The stove eyes only worked in one location and it had to be on high. There were homeless people staying all around the area so we didn’t feel safe outside or to walk around. Pillows had stains on them inside the pillowcases. Beyond those issues it was a very convenient location To get to downtown Dallas and the beds themselves were comfortable.
This apartment was beautiful and clean. We were very happy with it. The host met us at the Arboretum as promised and paid for our entrance. However, it is unfortunate but the neighborhood is sketchy. The first night after we drove through the gated entrance, a man snuck through with a large item hidden under his jacket, and hurried through the lot and jumped the back fence. The second night there was a total ruckus at midnight with multiple police cars out front and one in the parking lot with policemen questioning people.

Not secure as advertised
The Vrbo was clean and beds were comfortable. Had all you needed for the stay. Only a couple of complaints. The coffee maker did not work and I like my coffee in the mornings. Had to go nearby McDonalds for that. Seems like that would be checked before guests arrive. The one big complaint was that it was advertised as a safe gated community. However the exit gate was left wide open the whole 4 days we were there. Thus pretty much negating the safe secure community.

No tickets
Our stay was just ok. The apartment was fresh & clean. The beds were comfortable and fresh also. There were no tickets issued, no way to get tickets at the Arboretum when we got there. We were laughed at when we said we had free tickets through VRBO. Maybe the person we talked to was not aware or maybe we were scammed. We also felt boxed in, there is no where to sit outside unless you are at the small area next to the pool. Bistro tables outside would be nice or even a bench or two. The Receptacle in the bathroom did not work, I had to do my hair in the living room area. There was a cursing argument two doors down that drug on for an hour and a half. Very suspicious activity going on with a lot of traffic and carrying electronic devices in another one. It was very strange & We felt like we were at a shady motel.
We had a great stay at this property while we were in Dallas for the State Fair. It's equipped with everything we needed. Our host was 100% responsive (fast responses, too!) and helpful when we had questions. Highly recommend!!!
