Rose Cottage is a lovingly kept 1960s craftsman just off Old Town Lewisville’s Main Street, ideal for wedding guests, visiting family, and college events. Whether you’re in town for a celebration, a campus weekend, or a major sporting event, this cozy home offers comfort, charm, and convenience.

We’re around the corner from Sparrow on Main, one of Lewisville’s most sought-after wedding venues, making Rose Cottage a perfect home base for wedding weekends. We’re also an easy drive to the University of North Texas, making this an excellent stay for UNT parents, graduations, campus visits, and college events.

Wake up with coffee on the porch, stroll to local shops, dining, and live music, then return to a calm space with three bedrooms, two baths, and all the comforts of home. With a private yard, fast WiFi, full kitchen, washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, and free parking, Rose Cottage is designed for guests who want to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the charm of Old Town Lewisville.

Planning ahead? Rose Cottage is also well located for DFW-area events, including travel to FIFA World Cup matches hosted in Arlington during Summer 2026.

Rose Cottage features three comfortable bedrooms—a queen, a full, and a twin—along with two full bathrooms (one shower, one tub/shower combination). Fresh towels and linens are provided, with extra sets stored under each bathroom sink.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all-electric appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster (in the pantry), dishwasher with detergent, and a refrigerator with filtered water. Guests are welcome to use basic condiments and non-perishable items that may be available.

A washer and dryer are provided, with detergent and dryer sheets located above the machines.

What a wonderful find! We were unfortunately there to attend a funeral. Andrew couldn't have been any nicer nor accommodating. They went over and above to make us feel comfortable and at home! Their home is a very cute, newly renovated and tastefully decorated bungalow located in a wonderful location. The neighborhood is very quiet and within walking distance to Old Lewisville. Should we visit family in the area again, we would definitely return! Thank you Andrew.
